Making my husband a little batty .... he wants the lights on. I hate extra lights!! I never turn lights on and have many small alternative light sources. He says he doesn't want to live in the dark. Ugh
The photo is my kitchen light 🤨🤨🤔 but not for long! I guess I'm gonna play electrician when I get my next wave of energy.

I’m in so much pain! I’m exhausted! it’s like a dragon I have to fight everyday he’s always there my arm can’t left my shield or sword, but if I let the dragon win I’ll never get out of bed or brush my teeth or shower. my skin burns my bones ache my scalp hurts. I’m considering saving to go to Sweden they’ll help you if you can’t take it anymore but I’m broke because of pain n depression I can’t work. am I still a person. at least my puppy loves me. I secretly wish my husband will leave me because I feel worthless n like a burden to him n our children.
I have had a terrible day of fibromyalgia flare up and severe anxiety. I havnt been able to leave my house. the thought of leaving the house makes me so scared and anxious that I have started being sick. I'm shiver, shakey and sometimes it gets so much with so many thoughts running through my head I just want to bang it against a wall.
its it's all so exhausting . I just sat on the sofa watching tv with my weighted blanket which seemed to be the only thing that calms me down.
does anyone have any tips. I'm really struggling to get out of this stuck place.
