My song for my #GeneralizedAnxietyDisorder is "Fight Song" by Rachel Platton. Sometimes I catch myself singing it to myself at work! Humming the melody helps too! I just do it very quietly to myself, nobody even hears! I even got music notes painted on my nails!

Music has such an impact in our lives.
I tend to listen to music when I need additional support to get me through the day. I also listen to it when I need catharsis - sometimes through singing out loud or through the tears some songs evoke.
Fight Song is something I have on repeat when I need my mind to fight so I can connect with the world.
