PCOS Fighter
I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2015. I am still struggling to cope with the changes in hormones, mood swings and weight gain. It got so bad that I have these episodes of blind rage that I never used to have. And this is the one thing I’m really struggling to deal with. I think it had driven me into a state of depression, where I am dissatisfied with life and my body. I was always tired, negative and just wanted my life to end. Yes, it got that drastic. Then I started making little changes like cutting out gluten and dairy. I started exercising, and slowly but surely I started feeling better. Both mentality and physically... There are so many do’s and dont’s when it comes to PCOS but you have to do what feels right to you.
I find it so difficult to speak to individuals about PCOS because I feel as if they will not understand.
I would really like to hear about your stories...♥️ I know I’m not alone in this fight... #PolycysticOvarySyndrome #Depression #Fightsuicide #MentalHealth
