fribromyalgia

as of yesterday I have fallen victim to fibromyalgia. this was a surprising diagnosis for me. Everything else is ruled out. it hit me hard. I don’t know where to turn. I feel so alone. I suffer from chronic migraines, Gastroparesis, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain. that’s what kind of led my physicians to this diagnosis. i’m being told there’s no cure. Just to manage the symptoms. i’m 22 years old and it terrifies me to know that this could work get worse. my doctor informed me that it has to do with the nerves not sending messages correctly to the brain. just looking for some support. I’m currently in the middle of a fibro flare. It’s to the point where it hurts to do anything. Like a semi is crushing me

I am blessed to be able to get up most days, however I don't go out of the house. I usually stay home in pj's. My husband dosn't get it most days, I feel he just puts up with it. I am hurting every day, can't seem to get my diabetics, sugar levels under control. My doctor is understand and my RA doc as well But I am still hurting and depressed.
