    Sad Panda #lonely #ChronicIllness #Depression #Gastroparesis

    Was in the ER for 4 hours last night not counting waiting room time. They for once were very through. My pain over my stomach was too much, and I’ve had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea for 3 days. Today I’ll try puréed foods.

    I noticed that I was stuck with non-dairy yogurt and was getting bored with the flavors. So I started to crush up gram crackers and put them in my yogurts, the crackers come in many flavors too. Just hope this helps someone add a little more variety of flavor to what they can eat safely.
