I try to help others because it let's me take my mind off of me, let's me know others have it worse and the MAIN reason....its what GOD wants. It amazes me his quickly people begin to feel entitled. I don't dk things for praise, but from the kindness of my heart. Thanks to the internet, I don't have to leave home🤫🤫. Its amusing to me that some people don't even say thank you. A simple Thing like that can make my day. Luckily I do it from the heart. Others complain about it. The one I notice most is the ones that start dropping hints when they need things, because if I hear a need and I can help
I will. Did I mention all but TWO I've never met. I joined a struggle group to help people. Putting smiles on peoples faces gives me a moment of happiness. This is how the world is. Selfish. I no longer will help the people I have helped. I am going to find other things that help me be happy. I have problems going out..so until I get that strength to go out....it has to be done from home. Its sad a little word like thank you can mean so much, yet you get hit with complaints instead. #iamdone .

To be or not to be BiPolar... That is the question. 48 years old and now they say bi polar. I look at myself and see it’s truth. Don’t want others to know. Feel like it gives them an excuse for the abuse. Excuse that I’m not worthy. Actually they don’t need an excuse for me not to be worthy. I just am.
