Eyes stinging been up all night in twitchy pain and ache everywhere...mind is racing and preparing...my lovely mrs is going food shopping soon as she gets there early as shes a carer also to me...good bloody god I dont know where I would be without her...I'm not rubbing it in for anyone without a partner but I've been in hostile violent damaging relationships all my life and lost my sister 17years ago To suicide due to mental health issues And last august 2019 I lost my brother to suicide due to mental health issues...I met my girlfriend 6years ago and she treats me like I'm important and loves me very much even at my worst.
I am thankful so very thankful...
Be thankful for everything absolutely everything...
Better go and make that cuppa!the alarm has just gone off and shes going to need it.
