Blessed in Today!

I just wanted to give praise for the good day's!!

It has been over 2 years and trying 3 D.M.D.'s each with more issues than help.( One almost taking my life having a severe reaction.)

That I have been able to do more than eat and sleep and even most day's eating was to much on me.

I just changed D.M.D's a month ago (for MS) and these last 48 hours I'm starting to see a change!!

I pray it's not just a fluke and I continue to see improvement!

I know I won't get back what I lost, but stopping the progression is priority!!

How are all you? Have you had more bad day's then good??

Keep up the fight we are Warriors and I'm thankful for this community? ❤️

More on my Ledderhose Disease (LD) Story - Part 2

#LedderhoseDisease

I am currently in the process of having the Physical Therapy (PT) on both feet and applying the 15% Verapamil gel for one month now and the pain has substantially decreased. I also put diclofenic gel on my foot twice a day. It doesn't feel like I have any new fibromas but will have the doctor confirm in two weeks.

I made a telemeeting appointment with Dr. Eddie Davis to talk more about treatments and his recommendations.
Based on those discussions my new treatment plan will be as follows:
- Continue using the 15% Verapamil gel but apply it 4 times a day with vigorous rubbing (2-3 min). Continue diclofenic gel to help with inflammation.
- Start taking supplements that have shown to help with LD:
1) NAC (N-acetylcysteine) – one 600 mg daily 2) PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) - 500 mg twice a day and 3) Neprinol which is a combination of oral enzymes – 2 capsules two to three times a day on an empty stomach
- Start Hyaluronidase injections into the fibromas (have my doctor call Dr. Davis to get specific instructions on the specifics of the injections).

This is the point that I am at in my treatment with more to come. I will also post more information on what Dr. Eddie Davis provided regarding other treatment options on another post.
