Thoughts on a shoulder relief pillow? #neckshoulder pain #Insomnia
I'm new by the way, and apologies if I am not posting correctly. I have serious issues with my neck (thinking about surgery) with pain in my shoulder and cascading down my arm. It's constant, despite pills, and I fixate at night, hence the insomnia. Has anyone used the shoulder relief pillow I see on FB? The company is medcline. This thing isn't cheap so I am hopeful for your feedback before I move forward. #I MustSleep #options
