I thought I would paint a colorful 🐎 Horse. Very painful day today. My knee has been so painful. Had X-Ray and I have Degenerative Joint Disease. Plus I have to strengthen my hamstring by stretching. Really? I am too painful for that. I can barely walk. So I figured out that I could sit and do some stretching. Yikes!😳😒

Hi! Everyone, Today is every painful day. I think that my emdo, is back. I all so have (PID) pelvic Inflammatory disease. So is very hard to do anything.

Today I showered. I rarely have energy these days. Yes it sucks, but I feel that I need to focus on the good days versus the bad . One day and I hope it’s soon I’ll have energy because showering shouldn’t send me to bed.
