Propanolol

I started taking Propanolol 20mg per day approximately one month ago. Aside from the exhaustion that seems to be associated with the beta blocker, has anyone experienced petechiae on their legs? I’ve tried looking up the side effects in my textbooks and online, but nothing comes up. Has anyone also reacted in this way? #ChronicMigraines #Propanolol
