Relieve

I have been reading articles from #TheMighty on Facebook for a while but I didn’t know about the app or the community. I only recently just joined like maybe a week ago and I already feel so much #Relieve I can’t explain how great it feels to be able to ask questions or share crazy thoughts or just vent about my mental health on a safe platform without worrying about if someone I know will judge me or think I’m crazy or just simply not understand. #Hope #grateful #MentalIllness #Freeing
