You know, it’s frustrating when people will share posts on social media saying they’ll be there to support you if ever you ask for help, yet that’s all it is, a post. Folks do it to be nice or something, but rarely mean it. I realize people have their own problems and lives, but it honestly doesn’t take long to even tell someone who is reaching out that they will get back with them because they truly are busy.

Not responding at all sends a much different message of that person needing the kind word or ear to listen not really mattering to the person to whom he or she is reaching out.

Just a random thought.

I see others
Though they not see me.
Watching them with one another
As I stand alone.
Outcast.
Forgotten.
Seeing you as you love
And are loved.
Observing you as you live
Your lives in your bubbles
Where you cannot see
People like me.
My invisibility comes
From how I differ from you.
In looks.
In body.
In mind.
Oh, sometimes you see me
When you are in need
Of things I know or can do for you.
Aside from that, I’m invisible to you.
Hiding in my visible invisibility.
Hiding in my pain.

I enter the darkness
Or does it enter me?
A boding or foreboding
Toward eternity.
A weariness that wears
On the soul of one
Who has walked the road of kindness
But was left undone.
Giving until there was simply
Nothing left to give.
Trying to find more strength
To simply find the will to live.
The darkness of the mind
Is darker than the night
It is far more consuming
Stifling all light.
A darkness that consumes
Never feeling full
Until it’s prey is finished

If I call
You will hear
But will you listen at all?
The sound waves may travel
But will you truly understand
What I’m trying to convey?
Will my feelings be transmitted
Does it matter what I say?
Will you simply hear the words
Or will the pain within them make its way
Into your head
Into your heart
Do you even care about what I say?

My best friend and fiancé is going away to prison for possibly 5. I am so overwhelmed with emotions I have had a meltdown tonight.

The cold hurts everything ,the depression gets worse, the early darkness just want to sleep, faking it for my son gets harder and harder as he gets older.. I hate when he sees me " down" .. I just want to " real smile"
