When I’ve hit my limit my Vertigo will kick in spinning me so I can’t move. I_can’t_focus_on _anything! #Vertigo #anxiousannie #scatterbrain

So today I looked everywhere for three hours straight for something I misplaced. By the time I found it, I was in tears and thought I was going to get sick for getting myself so worked up. I get so upset with myself because I’m so unorganized and can’t remember where I put things. I really wish I wasn’t like this. Can anyone relate??

My thoughts go all over
There is a window on the roof
What was I doing?
I need a drink of water
Frustrated up there
I need to focus
I um what uh yeah?
What do I eat today?
What time is it right now?
I can’t work because no
I cannot focus and remember
What customer needed what
Brain fog like a drunk
They say I am childish
I have mental illness
They tell me I’ll never be a mom
Please stop being hard on me!
I can only take so much
Overwhelmed by life
The high mountain to climb
Stuck underwater with a brick
How do I work like this?
With a pudding mind
