I seem to be in a pain loop that is mostly affecting the low back (SI joints). I go to bed at night in so much pain, thinking I might not be in as much pain had I used my cane or crutches during the day. But, in the morning, my hands hurt so much I can't imagine trying to manage a cane/crutch. 😭😭😭 Anyone have any ideas to help, or some encouragement?

Anyone want to share with me their ideas of dealing with chronic spinal pain in the office I am so distracted by it I can barely do what I need to do for the day. I am sitting in my office chair with an ice pack and I have taken pain and nerve medication as usual. #ChronicPain #BackPain #spinalarthritis
