I wake up at 5:40 am today because of my dear friend insomnia πŸ˜…. I stayed in bed resting and went out around 8:00 am because I need more sunshine.
Sunshine is my food early in the morning and the fresh air is my water eheh.
I do a session of 8 minute stretching for whole body and then start my walk.
I'm lucky enough that the complex building where I'm staying is structured is an awesome way that is really useful to use for exercise.
I put my music 🎢 on and let's go baby!!

Have you ever walk and feel to dance at the same time? πŸ˜‚ That's me!!
Still shy to do it tho because still have ancles and aunties at the windows sometimes πŸ˜…πŸ‘€...my self-confidence is not at that lvl yet 😌.
