    Every Day is a New Day!

    If you can never truly let go of what’s already done, then you aren’t allowing yourself to have a better present or a better future. What we deserve and truly desire in this life is true happiness. To truly be happy is to accept where you are at the time being, and believing that the choices or mistakes you made were made for a reason. For the years that I allowed myself to live in misery because I was stuck in the past, I truly look back on now and wonder why I wasted all that time. When I finally let go of the past, was the exact moment I felt life gave me another chance. One of the easiest yet hardest concepts to grasp I finally learned. For all the years I kept walking through the same cycle, the same old doors stayed open. When I finally learned to let go and accept my circumstances and situations for what it was, the new doors were finally opened to things and people I never imagined possible.

    Alarms but positive

    Okay let’s be real hearing an alarm in the morning SUCKS and I don’t know about you but often an agressive sounding alarm freaks me out and makes waking up a whole lot harder. iPhone doesn’t seem to have many options that don’t sound intense but I tried to choose something somewhat soft on my ears. If anybody has a suggestion on apps that have better Alarms please go ahead. But I’ve also renamed my alarms hoping seeing this positive messages as the alarms go off will help me be at ease.     My Morning Walk

    I’m nearing the end of my self isolation for Covid, stiff and sluggish from necessary rest, and needed a healthy boost to start getting my energy back. Nothing beats a walk on a beautiful, sunny day! Best wishes and prayers to everyone 🙏🏼❤️

    I wake up at 5:40 am today because of my dear friend insomnia 😅. I stayed in bed resting and went out around 8:00 am because I need more sunshine.
    Sunshine is my food early in the morning and the fresh air is my water eheh.
    I do a session of 8 minute stretching for whole body and then start my walk.
    I'm lucky enough that the complex building where I'm staying is structured is an awesome way that is really useful to use for exercise.
    I put my music 🎶 on and let's go baby!!

    Have you ever walk and feel to dance at the same time? 😂 That's me!!
    Still shy to do it tho because still have ancles and aunties at the windows sometimes 😅👀...my self-confidence is not at that lvl yet 😌.
