Am I the only one who suffers from depression when warmer weather approaches? Sometimes it feels that way. #Summerdepression

#MentalHealth I've found from being as young as I can remember to be overwhelmed by a debilitating sadness during the warmer months. In fact the more sunshine is outside and the more I can smell BBQs going on or children playing and having fun it just makes my mental health issues all the more a battle.... #Bipolar #BPD #ADHD #Anxiety . It's like the joy everyone else feels actually hurts as awful as that sounds all I want to do is hide under the blanket (more than normal lol) sending love to all ♥️ #Summerdepression #summertimesadness
