I get migraines now after a concussion. I just had a migraine yesterday for 9-10 hrs. I notice that I am really irritable and am struggling to communicate things like descriptions and directions. I found myself getting really upset because I was asked how I go to the hospital and I just couldn't do it. #Migraines #Concussion #PostconcussionSyndrome #mtbi #TBIRecovery #TraumaticBrainInjury

I am living proof that one can live a life worth living, dealing with daily chronic pain and years of multiple traumatic brain injuries without taking pain killers unless absolutely necessary to get through a bad moment or day! And if I can do this, I believe anyone can!
