I'm burnt out. Like an "85% coverage 2nd & 3rd degree burn" level of burned out. So when I got my "featured story" email from The Mighty and saw that the topic was medical burnout, I got teary in anticipation of reading it. I was thinking, "ohthkGd, I'm not alone, maybe someone has some tips..." which turned into tears of frustration as I clicked the link and was brought to an empty screen with The Mighty at the top.

I've run in to this problem before, but it never made me cry. This time it did. I don't know where the problem is in the chain from the article to the email to the hyperlink that opens in the app which then displays a blank white screen. I don't think I've had this issue when I'm able to force the link to open in my Chrome browser, but even searching for the article I wanted to read by name in the app doesn't work.

I get a lot out of The Mighty, especially the featured stories related to my conditions, but the app is awfully frustrating to use. There's my complaint for the day. If there's some setting I'm missing in my Gmail or this app that would let me click a link from an email and have it open the actual article, please let me know. #techsupport

I’m not getting notifications for comments, etc on my posts, even though I have notifications turned on under my preferences and in settings on my phone (iPhone). I am using the app.

It is probably worth noting that I got one or two notifications just after I re-enabled notifications, but after that no notifications.

Can anybody help?

Hi everyone. I’m having trouble reading and replying to updates, and wanted to see if anyone else had the same problem? I see so many that I want to respond to, but when I click on them I get a weird error message about it not working then asking if I want to try again. Or I click on one and that loading symbol comes on and spins endlessly. It’s so frustrating and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve sent messages to the Mighty people, but often don’t hear back, so if you guys know of something we (or I) can do please let me know. Thanks guys. #mighty #techsupport #updates #loading issue
