Tender

#Fibro #fog has been the worst for me I can’t remember the day before .
Can’t #remember what day it is or what happened or happen during the day the #mind is #empty .
Can’t sleep not sure how long I haven’t slept 😢 .
The pain everywhere in my #body and in my #scalp so #Tender yet so #painful .

I had an ablation several years ago so I don’t menstruate but this feels like that but so much worse. I Can’t stand for even my bodysuit to touch me & im finding it lasts for weeks & weeks not just a few days. I already can’t stand anything touchingly skin,I don’t need this too. #Tender breasts/Fibro
