badback

Hi, my name is badbackbed. I'm here because I've suffered with chronic back pain since 1993, have had 4 discectomies and 2 spinal fusions and endless cortisone injections and epidurals injections. Just interested to see if there are others in here who also suffer with back pain.

Is there anyone who can chat? I desperately need some motivation this afternoon. I have sciatica #sciatica and put my back out last month...struggling again with depression and my cat is staring me down because she wants me to get up and feed her.
