Everyone has something positive in a day to be happy about. I think sometimes people don't wanna try or wanna be stuck feeling down.

Yesterday i thought i'M lucky to have a house and food. Clothes to wear. I may not have everything i want. I do have my basic needs. That's all that matters. I'm lucky im not homeless having to live outside in the freezing cold. So before being down ain the dumbs try to look for what you have to feel blessed about. You could have it worse.

I don't know what is up with my emotions and the why im feeling. Feeling that tearful about to cry again. This strange empty feeling inside. I'M just in a strange mood i guess. The sun was shinning and bright today. *Yay* outside cat getting some sun. I was Cleaning Out My Closet today. Found some things i wasn't wearing. Why keep the if they no give ya joy? Cleaned out my #Christmas movies. Let someone else find them joy and enjoy. #ChristmasWishes . I'M all about clothes that make me feel cozy and comfortable. I also get tired someties of wearing the same thing over and over. Or some clothes i keep till they can't be worn. ha ha ha.Think im ready for a new week and back to my daily things i do. I think i get/feel lonely when i have no groups on the weekends. I miss the connecting with people. Anyways that's my post. lol#MentalHealth
