Daithpiercing

I have frequent migraines & headaches & have a strong light sensitivity to fluorescent & LED lights which I wear colour-tinted glasses & a hat for which help a lot. I have had very little success with medications.

I have heard the daith piercing helps some people but I have heard mixed reports. If you've tried it - does it work for you & would you recommend it?

I'm a bit nervous. Have an appointment in a few hours to get a daith piercing to see if it helps with my migraines. I'm on 2 different profylactics and I take triptans when I have an attack but the triptans have side effects that are almost as bad as the migraine for me. So now I'm trying this, after about a year of contemplation. I'm also in a shitty fibroflare right now, and stressed out to the max at work. Just needed to vent a bit. Have no one to turn to around me. #Migraine #Daithpiercing
