I finally invested in one because I have been having so much trouble being comfortable enough to sleep.

I had to get a 10 lb one to make sure it wouldn’t be too heavy for me. And I had to get one that breaths enough so that I won’t get too hot.

They say it takes a little while to adjust to sleeping under a weighted blanket. I think I’m still in that adjustment period, so I don’t fully know yet whether it’ll help me sleep.

What I do know already is that being under it has an immediate calming affect for me. So, just for that, I am grateful now to have it.
