Sure, I'M happy to be alive on this earth. #GoodMorningAmerica Today i hope will#Depression #Anxiety ##Sadness I'M going to be ok. I'M going to be fine. Everything will turn out fine. I have no reason to be #sad . Yes i force myself to "believe" that. Some days one can do that. Others days you can't. I think i learned im a person who needs to be busy.

“Normal People” in Quarantine During A Pandemic

I’m 100% sick of hearing “normal people”, like on the ‘Today’ show or ‘Good Morning America’, talk about how quarantining, self-isolation, is so hard, lonely, quiet, sad, depressing, driving anxiety, abnormal thoughts, etc. Have these so-called “normal people” even given a thought, during this pandemic, as to what people living with Mental Health experience on a minute to minute, hour to hour, day to day, week to week, month to month, basis? Has it even occurred to these “normal people” that their “new normal” has been OUR NORMAL for many, many months, if not years. It would be utterly shocking, and amazing at the same time, if a “normal person” would actually take the time to do a story on the adverse effects, or not, of what this pandemic is doing to us, “our normal”. #TodayShow #livingwithmentalillnessduringpandemic #GoodMorningAmerica #yournewnormalisnotournewnormal

Please have this go viral, I had the best 25 birthday, was surprised at dinner 10/23, my friends who work there gave me two balloons, one says happy birthday, and you are the best, I am regular customer, been one since 17. Watertown,MA then Arlington,MA , received gift card, and candle in cup of raspberry sorbet, closed my eyes , made big wish, hope comes true. Took photos with my friends, all of employees, want world to know kindness exists, I spread kindness too, want to appear on Good Morning America, Ellen Degeneres, Jimmy Fallon with all my friends , and Today Show, want to meet Mariah Carey, Backstreetboys, Kelly Clarkson, Elton John, Survivor host Jeff Probst, and Boston Rob and Sandra, and get autographed items .
