Hi I’m 23 I’ve been dealing with chronic head pressure, tinnitus dizzyness, visual disturbances and derealization. It’s been 3 years… I got really sick one day and never got fully better. Head pressure constantly and dizzyness on and off. I feel like im in a video game, I feel that my head is in a bubble and I need to pop it to see and think and feel clearly
