Do the masks affect people who suffer from anxiety or other mental health problems?

I'm asking this question, because I had always felt suffocated in general when I wear sunglasses, and now when I cover my face with the mask for COVID19. It is like claustrophobia, like if I was in a closet with no air. Do anybody else feel any reaction to the mask, because of your particular mental health issues? #youmatter #hivlongtermsurvivor #Anxiety

Voting and our health #MentalHealth #hivlongtermsurvivor

VOTA/ VOTE!I became a citizen of this country because I wanted to VOTE. I knew that if I had rights and obligations, I wanted also my opinion to count. Of course, I got all disappointed when I learn that one vote does not count for one vote, and there are many curves to get where we want to go, but still MY VOTE COUNTS.I come from a country where one political party was in control for 100 years, and elections were a charade where buses of people taken from city to city paid by the cost of a sandwich were a constant and visible story. LATINOS are the largest ethnic group in this country, so YES, let's make our voice count. WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, so VOTE, but also tell your story, as part of the RACE conversation ( yes, BLACK LIVES MATTER, but the conversation should include all races because racism affects all races). Hopefully, in our embrace as LATINO FAMILY, we include all the other colors and ethnicities, but we have to SPEAK UP. QUE SE ESCUCHE TU VOZ!VOTE/VOTA, because voting and counting who we are, affects every level of our existence, like right now, in San Francisco, at least 50% of the people infected with COVID19 are LATINOS, while we are only a 10% of the population of the Bay Area.I am a GAY LATINO IMMIGRANT, do you know that "The LGBT percentage has risen among all race and ethnic groups since 2012, although not on an equal basis. Hispanics and Asians have seen the greatest increase, thus contributing the most on a relative basis to the uptick in LGBT identification nationwide. "So, VOTE/VOTA, because we're also constantly in the media news as guilty for being immigrants, even if this country is made mostly by immigrants.VOTA/VOTE, because we also need to be sure our elders grow older with dignity, and that the ABUELITOS y ABUELITAS, have a place to have their chocolate y pan dulce. VOTE/VOTA, because as part of the first generations growing older with HIV, I am a LATINO HIV LONG TERM SURVIVOR.VOTE/VOTA, because I am tired of this president calling us rapists and criminals, and insulting us like if we were garbage, so let's make a difference.JUNTOS/UNIDOS/TOGETHER/FAMILY.- Please share this posting as much as you can, because we have to make people aware that Latinos mean 20 different cultures, that we speak different languages and we look in many ways. Let's make stereotypes a matter of history, and be part of the beautiful change for acceptance and mutual learning.

ADAPT not HIDE #ADAPT   #worldaidsday #hivlongtermsurvivor

OH MY!!!! Hello family!!! Tomorrow, December 01st is WORLD AIDS DAY, a day to remember the ones gone, but like I told someone already in another group, WE NEVER FORGET. Also, wishing all of you HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!! Take it slowly, but ENJOY and have fun. About us, the ones surviving still? While living with anything chronic, we have to adapt. OK, in my case, I'm acknowledging that I have to start using regularly a cane, YES, A CANE, because I fell a couple of times last month, and I also hit my head. So, I have to be extra careful while walking and moving.  Yes!!! I will not hide my cane, and a friend already gave me a beautiful one. Sweet dreams and healing energy to all who need some.
