I notice the more I speak up the more I get ignored, tossed to the side. So my question is what do u do in this case. I spent my entire life being the underdog, Sitting In the back and when I finally grow the balls to speak up whether about my mental health or about something at work. No one hears me. Maybe my roar needs to get louder. But in regards to something bigger than myself

Today my battle has gotten more difficult. However I am a fighter and I am strong. I will face my trials with hope and bravery. With God by my side; I will not fail.
