Some days are really hard… sometimes I forget to eat, but their bellies are full

Some days are really hard. Some days my anxiety makes me feel like I’m always doing something wrong or not good enough. Sometimes I am just in survival mode and literally feeling like I’m only running around and can’t breathe I’m so consumed in anxiety, sometimes
I forget to eat, but their bellies are full. I wake up in the middle of the night to snuggle, feed, and make my babies feel safe, but sometimes I get little to no sleep. I stay up late to make sure my babies and partner have clean clothes, but sometimes I forget to wash mine and still have yesterday’s spit up in my hair. My babies are bathed each night and sometimes I forgot to brush my teeth or comb my hair that day. At the end of the day I am exhausted and anxious about what needs to be done for tomorrow, but my babies are happy, fed, and honestly have no idea what this mama does behind the scenes for this beautiful family I prayed so hard for. Moral of the story, my family will be put first because I know what it’s like to grow up not being put first. All my tears, sweat, and effort is worth it because they will have the childhood I always had wanted growing up, they come first today, tomorrow, and every single day. #Anxiety #GeneralParenting #Parenting #Childhood #lovewhatmatters #Love
