Does your town have a Stigma Free Initiative?
Hello - Not sure if there are any other communities outside of NJ that have started a Stigma Free Initiative, but I wanted to see if we could form a connection.

I seen this & I thought wow I can relate to this so much! People in our lives, our family, friend's, society want to blame everything on Mental health issues, but at the same time we're supposed to hide it away & act in a "civilized" manner all the time! It's really bs to me bcuz how are we supposed to act? And don't they think if we had a choice we'd act totally different?! Duh!! 🙄🤷 #BipolarDisorder #CPTSD #Anxiety #phobias #noshame
