Just a beautiful sunset yesterday in the top photo you can see swirls of blue in the clouds. At first I thought it was blue sky but as you can see the sky color is different. Thanks in part to my Mighty Community I went ahead and gave my Dr this gift of old Apocathery bottles and he loved it. He even showed me pictures of where he was going to put the display making another shelf for it. We grew so many plants over the years on the patio they spread seeds. In these little cracks you can see the flowers. Also a picture of my San Pedro cactus pre bloom you can see what looks like a spider nest on the side. The elasticity of the human brain is really put to the test when you have a chronic illness with no cure or treatment. The first couple of years i was handling it but that goes up and down you are being put through the test as all this pain and immobility takes down your spirit. You learn to accept your limitations and you move on until the next symptom comes up. Im just tired of playing the mind game of fending off the obvious like it's going to be ok when you know its not.

What keeps me going is i taking care of my 86yr old mom and i have a wonderful dog.I also live in a beautiful mountain community as natire brings me joy.#MentalHealth #MuscularDystrophy #DegenerativeDiscDisease #RareDisease #Depression #Fibromyalgia

Just a snap shot of the San Pedro cactus blooms over the years. Its almost prehistoric looking as you can see the bloom pod grow has protecting scales before they bloom. Starts off as a small nub with hair in it on the side or top of the cactus. Just having a great time with my dog Magnus he really is a bright star in my world. He has totally bonded with Mom also very affectionate. The beginning was a lot of work but he is listening better after all he is only 9 months old now.

I have been having a really rough time with my new symptoms the abdominal muscle spasms are all day. I wake up in great pain every morning that's the reality of muscular dystrophy no matter how long you rest it's back to square one. This is where my little buddy Magnus comes in and is so happy to see me every morning. He is so much fun with his toys and loves to play fetch. I posted this once and took it down because i felt it may be too negative. I am having problems getting the courage to tell my friend that my Dr said i would die from the complications of my muscular Dystrophy. I don't want to get emotional when i call him because now i have zeroed in on the people that im going to miss when im gone.
