Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read. I am really struggling with keeping a fibro flare at bay right now. I’m trying to sleep more because my body is begging me to. But I don’t have anything to help with pain. I am unable to take pain medication. I’m wondering if anyone has any natural pain relievers that have helped them?
