How do you tell the difference between Monday blues and Anxiety?

I was diagnosed with Childhood PTSD and anxiety and depression. I don’t hate my job and I actually enjoy some aspects of it but waking up to go in to office is a physically dreadful experience. It’s to the point that I want to throw up sometimes.

I’ve experienced severe mental health relapse, burnout and exhaustion that led to me quiting my previous full-time job and I don’t want that to happen again but lately it’s been a bit of a struggle.

Any advise on how to tell the difference or on what to do?
