Overdid it yesterday with the stairs and on my feet in the kitchen. Back and hips ache. Today I am staying up upstairs in the family room on the sofa all cozy with the heat going. Crocheting soft floppy bunnies with velvet noses. My way of earning a little extra money since I can't work outside of my home. Cannot stay warm today. Anyone else struggle with extreme cold intolerance?
Very cold outside....arctic tundra type cold, but the fire blazed all night. Sometimes I sit in a hot tub or take a hot shower to warm up. Also helps the pain.
