I tend to agree with this.
Stare at nothing in the dark, let my mind wander off. There r thoughts and sub-thoughts and sub-sub thoughts.
If it's raining, listen to the rythm of the falling rain..
Add some relaxing music or perhaps rub that essential oil on that stiff neck, have a warm glass of milk maybe..
Between 1-5 am, the brain will called for a meeting, projecting the slides on my past memories, unresolved issues, those broken dreams..
