Just me

Slept well for the first time in days last night, and this morning felt really good. Got up and decided to let my husband sleep so he didn't have to go get me a cup of coffee. I went downstairs on my own and came back up and now the sacroiliac pain and lower back pain is almost unbearable again. Sitting is fine but standing I can feel the pressure and feels like my hips are cracking. The stairs are murder. Been taking cyclobenzaprine and ibuprofen. Using ice and heat off and on. I need this arthritis flare to end! I have things I need to get done and I feel like my body is locked in place and I can't just relax and get free. #Osteoarthritis #RheumatoidArthritis #sacroiliacjointdysfunction #sacroiliac #ChronicPain #

Has anyone with #EhlersDanlosSyndrome been able to find a way to put their #sacroiliac #Joint #dislocations back in place?

I've been in severe pain for 4 days now. (it was 'just moderate' before) I haven't slept, I keep vomiting because of the pain. Even morfine combined with NSAID's doesn't help.
My #POTS is all over the place because of all the meds and not being able to drink enough.
My physical therapist tried to put the SI joint back, which seemed to help but after an hour it just popped back out of place. I've been in an out the doctor's office... They have no idea what else to try.
I feel so tired and hopeless since no one seems to have a solution...
I'd love to hear any suggestions, also on prevention.
Anyone who had a #Fusion done?

New kind of pain

On Friday I will have steroid injections in sacroiliac and lumbar joints to reduce pain from osteoarthritis. Last time helped. But in mean new kind of pain - pain in bones in my rib cage. They told - probably thoracic spine. When will pain go away or will be just little reduced? #ChronicPain#Osteoarthritis#BackPain#ChronicSpinePain #sacroiliac
