Today has been a very emotional day. I’m recovering from one of the worst and longest depressive episodes I’ve experienced. It has been a terribly rough road. I am beyond blessed for my family and friends that have stuck by me during this dark season. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for their kindness, patience and love.
This song came out during that time. I LOVE this group for KING & COUNTRY
because so many of their songs to speak to me especially their latest album Burn the Ships.
For as long as I’ve been battling bipolar disorder, I still struggle with the shame and don’t reach out for help sometimes. But now...I am out in the light ☀️ and full of hope ♥️ #StigmaFree #Gratitude
