2019 is my year to set solid intentions to reduce stress and practice self care daily. We have been interstate for 3 weeks and won’t be home for another week. I really struggle when I’m out of routine and being back in my home town comes with a whole lot of triggers. My anxiety went through the roof at the beginning of this trip and some really bad habits crept in. I do restorative yoga daily but it wasn’t enough to shift the dark thoughts I was having. So, I’ve done some work on heart chakra and have been Tapping daily for 10 minutes for the past 5 days.
