I recently turned 50 and the last 20 years I have struggled with suicidal thoughts. I don't feel good enough and that those in my life deserve so much better. I have passed my mental health gene down to my children. Each step I take forward is for them. I want them to know that no matter how hard it gets it is only temporary and it gets better. Sometimes we have to ask for help and that is ok.

I am going through a horribly hard break up. I am seeing all my friends get engaged and I am broken again and will be alone. Its sad and awful but I know I can keep going on. I am strong to survive. There will be a lot of tears and hard days of thinking about what I did wrong, but maybe I didn’t do anything wrong and it was something that it wasn’t meant to be. We were lessons in each others lives and I know living unhappy is not healthy for anyone. #Stronger #Iwillsurvive #Temporary
