Today was a rough day. Yesterday I fell cut my side and bruised it pretty good. Not what a person with fibromyalgia needs. Tired of hurting when just trying to rest. Tired of hurting when just trying to work to provide for my family. Tired of hurting when just trying to go to sleep. Will it get better? How do I live with this every day? I’m scared, don’t know what to say to my family and don’t know what to say to my job. Just need some prayers as I’m feeling pretty down today. #Fibromyalgia #FibroFog #Tiredofhurting #Hope

I am having a hideous time right now. I'm moving, so I'm stressed out. My youngest is moving out - so it feels like I'm losing my best bud. My oldest daughter won't speak to me because I embarrassed her at her "parents only"wedding back in January and has threatened to not invite me to her November wedding. I have to get tested for Covid, again. I have to figure out how to wear a mask without having anxiety attacks all day at work. I know I'm worthy of love & most of the time I love myself. But I'm so insecure that The daughter stuff hurts deeply. I want, so much, to turn off the switch to my feeling. I'm so tired of hurting!
Can you give me any advice on how to stop caring & seting myself up for disappointment?
