I have major depressive disorder, severe anxiety and complex ptsd. I haven’t been able to function. Sleeping 14 hours a day, naps, not cooking, not social, depressed, anxious, hypervigilance, and struggle asserting myself. I haven’t worked in a month and am off this month too.. I’m going into a mental health treatment center. Has anyone been in one before? I’m really anxious about group therapy.
