#woke feeling great

This morning i woke feeling...great! Is this what's called"normal"? Ha! Not a hint of anxiety, blahness, fear of potential unknowns. First thought: "how do i handle this? Do i do something different to make this happy feeling last?" I then realized my daily due diligence in taking care of myself. Being hypervigilant. This happy morning sprung from all of this. An appropriate quote: #"Give ourselves permission to enjoy." Not always as easy as at it seems. Has anyone else experienced these feelings/ thoughts at anytime of day?
