Move Gently Today
Just a gentle reminder to meet yourself where you're at today. If you're feeling sad, lonely, irritable, pissed off, tired, in pain, anxious, scared... There is no need to try and feel different than you do. There is no rush to "feeling better". Be where you are today, and meet yourself there by doing what feels good for you. Give yourself some grace today.
Today's yoga pose: Find a comfortable seated position. Pull your knees in toward your chest. Rest your head on your knees. Gentle sway from side to side. Breathe.
