that's right! Stop the shame, and let's discuss the Mighty problems we all face. I know it's been a rough patch for some of us, but please don't let that shy you away of a happy and healthy future. Being ashamed of my mental state and addiction recovery essentially prevented me from moving forward with my own life. It was until I realized I had some problems that I could finally let go of the guilt, shame, and embarrassment I once felt.
