I just wanted to post this to shed some light on what some triggers are when you have Bipolar Disorder! We did not choose to wake up one day with a mood disorder, so this is for all the family, friends, support system, etc for people with someone in their life that's struggling everyday with themselves, their own brain, thoughts, actions, overreactions, etc! What you can take away from this post the most is that we try our best to make everything smooth & copacetic, but sometimes we're going to overreact, be sad & cry for no reason, not even get out of bed, just please try to be patient with us & know that when we do overreact your reaction to that could make it worse or help calm us down! Believe me when I say we're already blaming & beating ourselves up for the way we act most of the time, so please try to be understanding & patient with us! And by all means you have to learn about our disorder, how it makes us act, mania & depressive episodes & the best way for you to deal with & treat us & by all means please for yourselves find a support group! Talk with people that can relate to what you're going through & dealing with every day! And to my fellow Mighty 💪 family & Bipolar family what's something that triggers your Bipolar Disorder? ✌️💚☯️💪🙋
