Grati-tuesday
I am so thankful for gratitude.
It helps me SO much in my everyday life and it benefits my mental health a lot.
Due to my diagnosis, I struggle so much with emotional numbness, emptiness and anhedonia.
And it can really put a filter over the good and beautiful in life.
No doubt to the point where I wouldn't be able to see it, if I didn't make a very deliberate choice to focus on gratitude.
