I actually forced myself to go to the Young Adults group. I felt hope again just from choosing purposing to go against my feelings! I realized I have more control over myself than I thought! God gives us a choice, we can work along side him, or dig our heels in. I kept digging my heels in but finally I submitted and it felt good. Feelings even when happen to be true are not long lasting. So don’t be controlled by feelings of despair, depression, discouragement, anxiety. If I can do it (and I have OCD, ADHD and High functioning Autism) then you can do it too! God bless y’all!

It is always good to remember who is in control. Not us but God. Praise be to Jesus Christ that he helps us change in areas that we are powerless to change.
