I’m thinking about trying blue light blocking glasses. I have daily headaches w/ migraine qualities. I also have light sensitivity.
The eye fatigue, dry eyes (or eyes that tear up when I yawn and make me look like I’m crying 🤦🏼♀️), and most recently allergy related eye issues.
Have you tried blue light glasses? What’s your opinion?
