I want to hear your thoughts on photophobia. Photophobia is characterized by an increase in light sensitivity.
It's the morning I wake up grab my dark tint prescription lenses (shades). It's the night the sun goes down and the fluorescent lights are on? I still have to grab my shades. People cannot make the difference between tinted prescription glasses and sunglasses. So I'm always left with the question 'why are you wearing sunglasses indoors or at night'.
Driving at night becomes hazardous with my shades and I have to memorize the routes by heart. I overdose on aspirin everyday to prevent migraines and visual snow. Artificial tears are my best friends and I manage to put them all day long. Some people believe it's disrespectful to have shades on when talking to them.
No more movie theatres, no more Netflix binge watching, no more clubbing, no more night life (unless you want people to believe you're blind by wearing shades at night) and indeed no more bank transactions over the counter (shades are considered to conceal ones identity).
How did photophobia affect your lifestyle?
